We are committed to ongoing program evaluation and improvement.

Professional Learning:

Our staff engage in continuous professional development to strengthen their knowledge and skills.

This includes:

  • Regular participation in professional development workshops and trainings
  • Reflective practice individually and as a team Staying current with research and best practices in early childhood education
  • Pursuing additional credentials and education
  • Mentoring and peer learning Program

Evaluation:

We regularly evaluate our program using multiple methods:

  • Self-assessment tools aligned with early childhood quality standards
  • Feedback from families through surveys and conversations Analysis of child assessment data to examine program effectiveness
  • Observation and evaluation of classroom environments and practices
  • Review of policies and procedures for alignment with our philosophy and current best practices

The information gathered through evaluation is used to:

  • Identify areas of strength and areas for improvement
  • Set program goals and develop improvement plans
  • Make decisions about curriculum, materials, and practices
  • Ensure we are meeting the needs of children and families
  • Maintain accountability to our mission and values
