Faith formation is integrated naturally and authentically throughout our program rather than being limited to specific “religious” times. Children experience Christian values and learn about God through:
Daily Living: Children encounter God’s love through the consistent care of responsive adults, experience grace through forgiveness and second chances, learn about stewardship through caring for materials and the environment, and practice servant leadership through helping others.
Biblical Stories and Concepts: We share age-appropriate Bible stories that teach about God’s character, His love for people, and His creation. These stories are presented in ways that connect to children’s lived experiences and developmental understanding.
Prayer and Gratitude: Children learn to thank God for His blessings, bring their concerns to Him in prayer, and develop an attitude of gratitude for His provision.
Creation Care: We help children develop wonder and appreciation for God’s creation through nature exploration, environmental stewardship, and recognition of the beauty and complexity of the natural world.
Character Development: We intentionally nurture character qualities such as kindness, honesty, patience, generosity, and forgiveness—recognizing these as both developmental goals and faith values.
Community and Belonging: Children experience what it means to be part of God’s family through the caring community we create, learning to love and serve one another as Jesus taught.
